Plaintiff shall not be required to post any bond. 3.4. Any costs claimed by Plaintiff may be sought by the Defendant or his or her attorney. These costs may include, among other things: (a) attorney fees; (b) costs under Section 6.1.1.2 of the Texas Rule of Civil Procedure; or damages; and (c) costs under Chapter 12, Article 4 of Title 9, Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.5.
